1. Scope
(1) These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers and entrepreneurs through the online shop of Chibiwrld GmbH.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these GTC is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
(3) An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.
(2) By sending the order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
(3) The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are stated in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax, where applicable.
(2) The following payment methods are available:

- Debit card
- Apple Pay and other common payment services
(3) Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5. Delivery Conditions and Shipping
(1) We deliver worldwide, with a focus on Germany.
(2) Unless otherwise stated, due to our business model (pre-order/dropshipping), the delivery time is generally 10 to 11 weeks.
(3) Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer.
(4) Should a product not be available, we will inform the customer immediately.

6. Pre-Order / Advance Orders
(1) A large part of the products offered are sold as so-called advance orders ("Pre-Orders").
(2) For pre-order products, production or procurement only takes place after receipt of the order.
(3) Due to this model, extended delivery times result (see § 5).
(4) The customer expressly agrees to these conditions.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.
(1) The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him received the goods.

8. Special Regulation for Pre-Order Placements
(1) Due to the pre-order model, cancellation of the order after conclusion of the contract is generally excluded, as the goods are procured individually.
(2) The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected by this and can only be exercised after receipt of the goods.

9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.

11. Liability
(1) We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
(3) Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

12. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS):

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Final Provisions
(1) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
